- 02You can ask us (by Email only) to change the items on your order, update an address or payment method, or just cancel it. Customer Service will get back to you by email within one business day regarding your request. Only orders that are still in status “Pending” or “Payment Verification” can be altered or cancelled. If your order has already moved to a different status, you won’t be able to alter it or cancel it.
- 03We make our best efforts to ship your order within same day of the order. 99% of our orders are shipped within 24 Hours. We can guarantee a delivery time of 2-5 days to anywhere in India, it is totally beyond our control as each shipping companies have their own methods, intermediate transit locations etc. and the delivery time is not predictable.

- 05If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and drop an email to us at sales.4dsystems@gmail.com,(mailto:sales.4dsystems@gmail.com) mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest. Also we will need product unboxing video and first usage video to ensure and facilitate refund effectively.

- 09All items are delivered with standard warranty of minimum 7 Days to notify us at sale.4dsystems@gmail.com (mailto:sale.4dsystems@gmail.com)(unless otherwise specified in the product page) to protect the customers from any manufacturing defect only. Any improper usage or mishandling will not be covered under warranty.
